At PVM, we serve those who serve, as a Palantir ally for mission impact. We are a veteran-founded, Palantir Vanguard partner — and the only small business providing services in that tier. In Huntsville, that means helping our government partners tackle real problems in National Security, Readiness, and Space — not building shelfware.
Help Us Build PVM's Huntsville Hub
This role is an opportunity to take a front seat in PVM’s Huntsville hub – you’ll have front-row proximity to mission, direct mentorship from Palantir experts, and a clear growth path as you get in early while we are building the hub from the ground up. You’ll be working in small, senior teams with real autonomy and be able to truly own your work—without the bureaucracy you may find at large companies.
About the Role
You are the technical leader for your hub’s implementations. You own architecture, secure code delivery, team mentorship, and forward-looking research to ensure every solution is innovative, scalable, and mission-ready. At PVM, a Delta doesn’t just oversee code. You architect solutions, lead delivery on projects, mentor builders, and stay ahead of trends, combining deep technical expertise with leadership, to multiply mission impact.

10+ YOE in computer science, software engineering, mission knowledge, or related vocation
Feel rooted in your community — you’re close to the people, challenges, and missions shaping life in Huntsville.
Proven track record leading implementations in government or secure environments.
You can design a system, mentor a team, and dive into code in the same day.
Are Mission & Outcome Obsessed – you care more about results than slideware.
Own It – you see a problem, you fix it; no one needs to hand you a ticket.

Active clearance (or immediate eligibility).
Palantir Foundry and Apollo experience is highly desired.
Military/Special Operation/Law Enforcement favored but not required.
What You’ll Get In Return
A front-row seat at our Huntsville Hub not a back-row seat on a bloated contract.

A team that cares deeply about the mission and each other.
