Job description
OPSWAT , a global leader in IT, OT , and ICS critical infrastructure cybersecurity, delivers an end-to-end platform that gives public and private sector organizations and enterprises the critical advantage needed to protect their complex networks, secure their devices, and ensure compliance. Over the last 20 years our commitment to innovative technology has earned the trust of more than 1,700 organizations, governments, and institutions globally, solidifying our role in protecting the world’s critical infrastructure and securing our way of life. Why This Role Matters
At OPSWAT, protecting the world’s critical infrastructure is not an abstract mission. It is real, urgent, and growing. Our ICAP product is a proven, high-impact solution that is trusted by customers who depend on us to secure their most critical systems. We are now ready to take ICAP to the next level.
This Director role is a rare opportunity to shape the future of ICAP, including the evolution toward a next-generation Proxy, while scaling commercial impact and deepening customer value. You will operate at the intersection of product strategy, engineering execution, and go-to-market success, with clear ownership and visible impact. If you are energized by building success, driving innovation, and owning outcomes, this role was designed for you.
What You Will Be Doing
As Director of AI Product Management, you will be the end-to-end owner of ICAP’s product strategy and growth trajectory.
You will:
Set and own the ICAP product vision and roadmap, including the strategic evolution into a Proxy-focused solution.
Translate market signals, customer needs, and competitive insights into clear product direction and prioritized investments.
Partner deeply with Engineering, ensuring fast, high-quality execution and scalable architecture.
Work closely with Sales, Sales Engineering, and Marketing to drive bookings, pipeline, and customer adoption.
Serve as a strong, visible product leader across regions, with a close partnership with our Vietnam-based teams.
Balance innovation with operational excellence, ensuring ICAP continues to deliver reliability, performance, and trust at scale.
Represent ICAP with confidence to customers, partners, and internal leadership.
What Success Looks Like
In your first 12–18 months, success will look like:
A clear, compelling ICAP roadmap aligned to market demand and customer value.
Measurable growth in bookings and pipeline tied directly to product strategy.
Strong, trust-based partnerships with Engineering and GTM teams.
Progress toward a Proxy-focused architecture that positions ICAP for long-term growth.
A product organization that moves with urgency, clarity, and accountability.
Who You Are
You are a product leader who blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
You bring:
Proven experience leading enterprise or security products at scale.
Deep hands on experience building with AI.
Strong understanding of proxy technologies, ICAP, networking, or adjacent security domains.
A track record of partnering effectively with Engineering to deliver complex products.
Commercial acumen and experience supporting bookings, pipeline, and customer conversations.
Comfort operating in a global, distributed environment, including close collaboration with teams in Vietnam.
Clear, confident communication and the ability to influence across functions.
A mindset rooted in ownership, urgency, and continuous improvement.
Director-level experience is preferred, but we value demonstrated leadership altitude, judgment, and impact above title alone.
Why OPSWAT?

In this role, you will:
