Performance Coaching: Conduct regular 1-on-1 meetings to provide constructive, actionable feedback, remove roadblocks, and guide the team through technical or operational challenges.
Culture & Collaboration: Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team environment. Bridge communication between software developers, program managers, and cross-functional engineering teams to ensure unified goals.
What you bring
Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
