Collect participant feedback and assist with documenting lessons learned, training issues, and recommended improvements.
Support onboarding activities by coordinating required training, distributing orientation materials, and tracking initial qualification requirements.
Respond to routine training-related inquiries and escalate complex issues, risks, or policy questions to the Lead Trainer or Cybersecurity Training Manager.
Maintain professional working relationships with geographically dispersed program personnel and stakeholders.
