In a world of noise, we find the signal — the pulse of potential. We weave the strands of talent, vision, and purpose into organizations that endure. Blending intelligence with intuition, we honor the human art of connection at the heart of every great company. About the Opportunity
We are partnered with a global consumer brand on the search for its next Chief Product Officer. The company designs and sells connected hardware and accessories used by millions of people every day, across charging, connectivity, audio, and the smart home, through a worldwide retail footprint and deep relationships with the largest technology platforms in the world.
The business is at an inflection point: scaling globally, expanding its portfolio, and redefining how product strategy, innovation, and execution come together across hardware, software, and ecosystem experiences. The CPO reports directly to the CEO, sits on the executive leadership team, and owns the product vision end to end, with full accountability for delivery, margin, and market performance.
The Mandate
The organization is very clear about what it is, and is not, seeking.
It is not looking for a purely conceptual product leader, or someone focused on long-range vision without accountability to delivery, margin, or market performance.
It is looking for a builder-operator: a product executive who can set a clear product north star, translate strategy into shipped products, and align engineering, design, supply chain, marketing, and sales around one cohesive roadmap that drives growth and differentiation.
What You Will Own
The global product strategy, vision, and roadmap across the full portfolio.
The end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, definition, development, launch, and iteration, across dozens of SKUs and multiple categories at once.
The product organization itself: its people, its operating rhythm, its prioritization discipline, and its standards.
The product voice in the executive team and with the board.
Your First 12 to 18 Months
Learn the portfolio, the customers, and the channel partners from the inside, and pressure-test the current roadmap against what the market is telling you.
Set the product north star and the prioritization framework that decides what gets built, what gets cut, and why.
Establish product management rigor: discovery, business cases, stage gates, and a launch cadence the whole company can plan around.
Build the leadership bench inside the product organization and raise the bar on how product, engineering, design, and operations work together.
Deliver the next generation of core products on time, on margin, and with clear differentiation.
