What we’re looking for - Deep relationships in the Solana ecosystem and the ability to activate them. - 5–8+ years in B2B sales or BD with a track record of hitting/exceeding targets in high-growth, technical markets. - Experience closing partnerships with startups and scaling teams, ideally in dev tooling, infrastructure, or adjacent categories. - The ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous markets — and to build the playbook as you go. - A genuine passion for Web3, crypto infrastructure, and Solana’s mission.
