Intelligent software orchestrates advanced robots in a high-density, end-to-end system – reinventing warehouse automation for increased efficiency, speed and flexibility. What we need As a Senior Level Software Technical Program Manager, you will partner closely with engineering leadership, technical leads, and product teams to ensure complex software programs are delivered on time and with high quality. You ll play a key role in driving execution, managing risk, and creating alignment across multiple teams working on sophisticated software, robotics, and automation systems -- ideally with deep experience leading programs for highly complex, distributed system development. What we do The team is responsible for delivering complex automation and software solutions that sit at the intersection of robotics, intelligent systems, and large-scale operational execution. Comprised of talented software engineers, roboticists, and systems engineers, the organization develops technologies that optimize how inventory moves through highly automated environments. Drive accountability by ensuring tasks, actions, dependencies, and ownership are clearly defined. Facilitate cross-functional meetings and communicate program status, risks, and milestones to both engineering teams and executive leadership. Leverage data and reporting tools to provide visibility into program health and execution metrics, ensuring plans and decisions are grounded in data rather than anecdote. Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and rapid decision-making across technical and business teams. Support the successful delivery of innovative solutions in a fast-paced, highly technical software environment. Continuously look for opportunities to improve processes, accelerate execution, and enhance cross-functional coordination.
