Commercial Lines Account Manager Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing insurance organization. This role focuses on managing a generalist portfolio of commercial lines accounts while delivering exceptional client service and maintaining strong relationships. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in commercial lines insurance, a proactive approach to account management, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities • Manage and service a generalist portfolio of commercial lines insurance accounts. • Handle day-to-day account servicing, including policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and client inquiries. • Identify opportunities for account rounding and cross-selling additional coverage. • Build and maintain strong client relationships through responsive communication and proactive service. • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient account management and client satisfaction. • Utilize Applied EPIC or other agency management software to maintain accurate client records and process transactions. • Address client concerns and provide timely solutions to coverage and service needs. • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all account management activities. Qualifications/Requirements • Licensure: Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license. • Commercial lines insurance experience required, preferably less than five years. • Experience with Applied EPIC and Erie Insurance preferred. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities. • Proactive approach to problem-solving and client servicing. • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Willingness to work onsite during initial onboarding, with flexibility for potential hybrid or remote arrangements based on experience. Compensation Package • Salary Range: $60,000 – $80,000 annually, with flexibility based on experience and qualifications. • Bonus Opportunities: Potential for discretionary annual bonuses. • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package available. • Work Arrangement: Initially onsite, with potential for hybrid or remote flexibility based on experience and qualifications.
