Job description
We are designing the experiences that power Amazon's worldwide delivery network-enabling the delivery of billions of packages to customers in record speeds, and providing for a safe, efficient, and rewarding work experience for millions of people. The impact here is palpable. Every Amazon package you see on every doorstep - you are part of that. The systems you design touch every mile of the journey, from the moment an order leaves a fulfillment center to the moment it arrives at a customer's door. You will see your impact in the real world, every single day.
Our design team sits at the intersection of complex operational systems and human-centered thinking - making the invisible infrastructure that moves everything work better for everyone. You are joining a team with a unified vision. Every designer here contributes to the same mission: building world-class experiences that make Amazon's delivery network safer, faster, and more rewarding for the people who power it.
To succeed, you must be genuinely curious about how delivery operations work on the ground. You'll partner with product managers, engineers, and designers across the organization to translate field insights into clear, usable designs that operators actually rely on. You'll explore and integrate AI throughout your work, surfacing the right signal at the right moment, to unlock innovation in your designs and product features. Join us in making complex decisions feel simple for the people who keep Amazon's delivery network moving.
Key job responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design for digital products including self-service tools, insights dashboards, and auditing interfaces
- Evaluate design performance through user research, usability testing, and performance metrics
- Explore and integrate AI: identify opportunities to use AI in work processes and product features to unlock innovation and strategic thinking
- Collaborate strategically with partners in planning cycles
- Simplify complexity and translate complex financial processes into glanceable, obvious interfaces
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and specifications
- Iterate quickly, develop multiple solutions, and refine based on user feedback and technical constraints
- Apply patterns to ensure consistency and accelerate partners
- Advocate for design decisions with supporting context including user research, business goals, and technical constraints
- Present and share design work with product teams, engineering leadership, and senior stakeholders
A day in the life
As a UX Designer on the ADX Experience team, you'll design solutions for partners and business owners managing dozens of active routes at once, people who live in these tools all day, watching progress, catching exceptions, and troubleshooting drivers remotely. Collaboration with product managers, engineers, researchers, and other designers will help you understand customer needs and shape strategic planning.

Our creative work impacts millions of customers worldwide and we are proud to be a part of it.
- 3+ years of design experience

- Experience using AI tools to work and design, and experience designing AI-powered solutions
- Experience prototyping (HTML, XHTML, JavaScript, CSS, Flash or Flash Catalyst, or Axure)
