Who this is for • You take ownership without being chased. • You respond fast. • You're comfortable with direct feedback, and you act on it the first time. • You can run a client call and sound like the expert in the room. • You're good with tools, and you don't resist new systems. Day to day, you'll operate in Basecamp, Notion, Hootsuite, Frame.io, and Hubstaff for time tracking, plus ChatGPT and Claude for scripting and ideation. Who this is not for If you're running a side business, holding another full-time job, or you need heavy handholding to get work out the door, this won't be a fit.
