We are seeking a Senior Application Engineering Manager to lead an engineering team supporting key consumer electronics customers . This role focuses on developing innovative adhesives, films, and application processes , while driving technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities • Lead and mentor an engineering team supporting major customer accounts. • Drive development of new adhesive materials and application processes. • Manage engineering labs, workflows, prioritization, and reporting. • Own CapEx and continuously improve lab capabilities. • Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and customer specifications. • Foster a culture of learning, collaboration, and professional growth. Qualifications • Bachelors degree in Science or Engineering. • 10+ years of experience with adhesives, films, or tapes used in consumer electronics. • 5+ years of experience leading technical teams (5+ direct reports). • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to lead complex projects and adapt to changing customer needs. • Familiarity with FEA, flow modeling, CAD, and lab automation technologies.
