Design decision-making frameworks that determine the optimal combination of people, AI, automation, and technology required to efficiently fulfill work. Leverage operational data, historical performance, and emerging technologies to continuously improve workforce planning, fulfillment recommendations, and operational efficiency. Define the product vision, business requirements, and strategic roadmap for PMG’s Workforce Management technology ecosystem. Lead the evolution of PMG’s Resource Management App from a people-centric allocation tool into an intelligent, work demand-centric Workforce Management platform.
