Trusted by more than 40,000 clients including global leaders like MoneyGram, Western Union, and Paga to nation states like the Marshall Islands, Crossmint powers stablecoin flows that move billions from cross-border remittances, global payroll, to the world's first digital UBI program. MiCA-authorized, PSD2-licensed, and SOC2 Type II certified, Crossmint serves 150+ countries globally across 50+ blockchains. Backed by Ribbit Capital, Franklin Templeton, NYCA, First Round, and Lightspeed Faction. We're building the infrastructure for the era of programmable finance. Join us! Location Based in New York City or Miami. Type of employment Full-time. Hybrid setting. Seniority 1 to 3 years of experience in a sales, BD, or customer-facing role at a crypto or fintech company. Compensation Base salary range: $75,000 - $85,000 Note: This range reflects base salary only. Final level and compensation are determined during the interview process based on experience and fit. • Stock options are part of every full-time offer, granted on top of the base salary range above. We want everyone here to be a genuine stakeholder in what we're building. About The Role This is an inbound-focused SDR role built for someone early in their career who moves fast and thinks clearly. You will be the first filter on our pipeline: qualifying inbound and outbound leads, routing high-value opportunities to the right AEs, and owning the full relationship with smaller clients that are a real fit but do not require complex deal-making, setting a clear path for you to turn into an AE. The role is for someone who already understands the crypto landscape well enough to have a real conversation with a founder or product lead on day one. Responsibilities Pipeline Management • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and route high-value opportunities to the right Account Executives. • Own the full relationship with smaller clients that are a real fit but do not require complex deal-making. • Ensure no leads fall through the cracks through organized, process-oriented follow-through. Client Engagement • Serve as the first point of contact for companies actively trying to move money onchain. • Have credible conversations with founders and product leads about stablecoins, wallets, and blockchain infrastructure. About You Must-Haves • 1 to 3 years of experience in a sales, BD, or customer-facing role at a crypto or fintech company. • Genuine crypto fluency: you follow what is happening in the ecosystem, you understand how stablecoins and wallets actually work, and you can have a credible conversation with a technical founder without needing to look things up afterward. • Strong written and verbal communication in English, clear and direct. • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to prioritize without being hand-held. • Organized and process-oriented: you do not let leads fall through the cracks. Nice-to-Haves • Experience qualifying or closing API/infrastructure products. • Familiarity with HubSpot or a similar CRM. • Prior exposure to onramps, wallets, or cross-border payment flows. • Active presence in crypto communities (X, Telegram, Discord, etc.). Why Join Crossmint? Stablecoins are moving from experiment to infrastructure, and the companies building the plumbing right now will define how money moves for the next decade. Crossmint is at the center of that: MiCA-authorized, backed by top-tier investors, and already powering real payment flows for real companies at scale. You will be the first line of contact for companies actively trying to move money onchain, which means you will develop a sharper read on the market than most people twice your seniority. You will work directly with a lean, experienced GTM team, get real ownership over a segment of the business, and grow into whatever the next version of this role becomes. If you know crypto well and want to turn that into a career in enterprise sales, this is the right place to start. Benefits • Extensive access to leading AI tools and subscriptions, with AI actively encouraged and integrated into daily workflows. • Unlimited, flexible PTO. • Parental Leave program. • Flexible work schedule. • Company laptop and allowance for any necessary home equipment. • Daily stipend for commuting to the office and/or meals. • Three company-paid off-sites per year. • Health, dental, vision, life, short-term disability (STD), and long-term disability (LTD) insurances. • 401(k) Plan. Our Principles • Results and delivery: Ship high quality work fast. • Build for the long term: Build scalable, secure, and reliable solutions. Use AI. • Extreme Ownership: Be an effective Directly Responsible Individual (DRI). Be proactive. • Be a team player: Be an effective and kind colleague providing credible challenge.
