Job description

Location: Remote (US) Type: Full-Time Work Arrangement: Remote About Flai AI has transformed B2B SaaS, but has struggled to penetrate the real-world industries that shape our lives. Flai is building the leading AI-native communications platform for car dealerships. A $1.3 trillion industry, auto dealerships sell 96% of the 16 million new cars sold each year. Yet they universally run on outdated systems and manual processes, which is why dealerships spend $36B each year on operations. That's our opportunity. We launched our first voice AI product a year ago. Since then, we have deployed multiple products across hundreds of dealerships across the U.S. We've partnered with the 2nd largest automaker in the country and many of the leading dealership groups. We've raised funding from leading VCs including First Round Capital, Toyota Ventures, Y Combinator, Innovation Endeavors, SV Angel, and Liquid 2. We've grown insanely quickly with a small, scrappy team and continue to move at that pace. The Opportunity Our customers love the product, and that opens up a huge opportunity to grow with them. You'll own expansion across our existing customers, helping them get even more out of Flai. There's a lot of upside sitting in our current base, and we need someone to go get it. If you love building deep relationships and turning customer trust into revenue, this one's for you. Who You Are - You're Commercially Driven: You want to grow accounts, not just keep them happy. - You Build Real Relationships: Dealership leaders trust you because you get their business. - You Know Dealer Groups: How multi-rooftop groups make decisions and how to expand inside them. - You're Consultative: You find the real problem first, then show how we solve it. - You're Organized: Clear account plans, clear priorities, every account covered. - You're a Great Partner: You work hand in hand with customer success to spot what's next. - You Own It: You run your book like your own business. What You'll Do - Grow every account: Own expansion revenue across your book of customers. - Expand across rooftops: Bring Flai to more locations within the dealer groups we already serve. - Launch new products: As our suite grows, introduce customers to new ways we can help their stores. - Run the full deal: Demo, build proposals, negotiate, and close. - Partner with customer success: Team up with CS to understand each account's health and turn it into growth. - Bring the customer's voice back: Share customer feedback and insights with the team to help shape what we build next.
