Strong understanding of supply & demand dynamics and the ability to anticipate how a change on one side of the marketplace will affect the other.
Strong system-level thinking across users’ organic experiences, content ecosystems, advertiser objectives, marketplace mechanics, and company goals.
Demonstrated ability to translate consumer product or content changes into advertising marketplace implications and product requirements.
Strong understanding of feed-based, short-form video, content discovery, social, or entertainment products.
Strong product judgment regarding how monetization can be integrated into consumer experiences without compromising long-term user or ecosystem health.
Revenue-focused leadership with a track record of identifying and delivering meaningful marketplace or monetization growth.
Strong analytical mindset, with experience using experimentation, scenario analysis, marketplace metrics, and structured decision frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-quarter initiatives from ambiguous problem definition through launch and measurable impact.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex marketplace dynamics and product trade-offs to technical and nontechnical audiences.
