Senior Enterprise Account Executive (Health Systems Partnerships) at Cadence Solutions

Job description

Cadence is the clinical AI company automating the treatment of chronic disease. Its Clinical Intelligence takes on the routine, high-volume work of chronic care – monitoring patients, surfacing risks, and coordinating action – so clinicians can focus on the decisions that require them. Grounded in partnerships with more than 20 leading health systems, deep EMR integrations, dedicated medical group, and experience serving a population of more than 100,000 patients, the system learns from real-world care delivery, improving as it scales. Cadence has been recognized by TIME as one of the Top 100 HealthTech Companies and by LinkedIn as a Top Startup (#4, 2025). About Cadence Sixty million Medicare seniors live with chronic disease. The care system sees most of them twice a year. Cadence is building the infrastructure to support them every day. Cadence is a clinical AI company that delivers continuous, proactive care for older adults with chronic conditions like hypertension, heart failure, and diabetes. We pair patients with a dedicated clinical team, integrate deeply into health system EMRs and workflows, and use our Clinical Intelligence platform to monitor vitals, surface risk early, optimize medications, and close care gaps between visits. The result: patients engage with care 100x more than before Cadence, clinicians focus on judgment instead of administrative work, and Medicare saves $2M a week. We operate as a full clinical care delivery organization, not a software vendor. Our clinicians work alongside health system partners, extending the reach of local primary care providers into patients' homes. We're now applying AI agents across these workflows - from alert review and medication titration to lifestyle coaching and care coordination - with clinicians always in control of clinical decisions. The Role We are looking for an Executive Director, Enterprise Sales (Health Systems Partnerships) — a rare hunter who combines deep clinical knowledge, executive presence, and a track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals. Engage CMOs, CNOs, CFOs, VP/SVP Primary Care leaders, and Medical Directors to build multi-threaded relationships within target accounts; lead discovery to understand each health system's strategic priorities, chronic care gaps, and revenue cycle pressures then tailor Cadence's value story accordingly. Navigate complex procurement cycles involving clinical, IT, legal, compliance, and finance stakeholders; drive consensus across a diverse buying committee. Lead compelling executive presentations and product demonstrations that connect Cadence's capabilities to each system's specific goals, and articulate Cadence's revenue-generating model clearly and confidently to both clinical and financial stakeholders. Present customized ROI models demonstrating net new revenue and total cost of care impact; position Cadence's Epic integration as a key differentiator reducing administrative burden and driving physician adoption. Partner closely with Implementation, Clinical Operations, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless handoffs and successful launches; provide market feedback to Product and Marketing to shape roadmap priorities and go-to-market strategy. What You Need 7+ years of enterprise sales experience, with a strong preference for health system, IDN, or large medical group sales Proven track record closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals (6-7 figure ACV) with long sales cycles Deep familiarity with health system economics: physician compensation models, value-based care contracts, Medicare reimbursement, and revenue cycle Experience selling into physician leadership (CMOs, Medical Directors, Department Chiefs) as well as administrative and operational executives Strong command of Epic's workflows and how technology integration affects physician adoption Background in remote patient monitoring, chronic care management, virtual care, or population health preferred Existing relationships with decision-makers at leading health systems or IDNs preferred Experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment; comfort with ambiguity and a builder's mindset Fluency with AI research and productivity tools and the ability to evaluate AI-driven insights critically, distinguishing signal from noise in a fast-moving information environment Compensation Our job titles may span more than one career level.
