Washington Street, Phoenix, AZ 85007 Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Assist injured workers, attorneys, and insurance carriers with file reviews and record requests. • Verify permissions for record access and process records requests. • Research claim records using various databases and formats. • Date stamp and distribute incoming mail to appropriate divisions. • Create and manage invoices, including payment collection and follow-ups. • Update the Claims Division database regularly. • Participate in Arizona Management System (AMS) activities and attend staff meetings.
