Own Delivery. Earn Trust. Build What's Next.
At UDig, delivery is how we earn the right to grow. The Senior Delivery Manager owns that equation — leading complex engagements, protecting margin, earning client trust, and shaping how we deliver as a firm. This isn't a role where you manage tasks. It's a role where you own outcomes.
We're a technology consultancy where senior leaders operate with a high degree of resourcefulness and independence. You'll find smart, driven people who build what they need and own what they deliver. If that sounds like the environment where you do your best work, keep reading.
Why Senior Consultants Choose UDig:
Real Ownership — You run your portfolio. Delivery, financials, client relationships, team development — it's yours. We give you the autonomy to lead and the accountability that comes with it.
Impact at Scale — Our engagements range from mid-sized to multi-million-dollar sized projects with Fortune 500 clients. Your delivery decisions have direct, measurable impact on our clients.
Shape the Practice — This role doesn't just execute the delivery model — it helps build it. You'll contribute to practice-level standards, and influence how UDig delivers.
Flexibility & Balance — Hybrid work environment with opportunities for high-caliber in-person collaboration.
Investment in You — $1,500 annual training budget, mentorship, and hands-on learning.
Competitive Compensation — Strong salary, performance-based bonuses, and a clear trajectory for career progression and leadership opportunities.
Comprehensive Benefits — PTO, parental leave, 401(k) match, health, dental, vision, and more.
What You'll Do:
Lead delivery execution across a portfolio of concurrent engagements — owning scope, timeline, margin, risk, and stakeholder communication end-to-end.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client executives — driving alignment, resolving escalations, and building the trust that turns one engagement into a long-term relationship.
Own project financial health — tracking burn rate, forecasting margin impact, and taking corrective action before problems become surprises.
Lead commercial conversations with clients around change requests, SOW amendments, and scope governance — protecting margin while preserving the relationship.
Partner with Technical Leads to shape team composition, adjust resourcing across project phases, and coach team members on performance and growth.
Drive risk identification, mitigation planning, and resolution across complex, multi-workstream engagements.
Contribute to the evolution of UDig's delivery practice.
What You'll Bring:
Delivery depth — 8-10+ years of progressive delivery or project management experience in a consulting or client services environment.
Executive presence - you've been the primary point of contact for VP/C-level stakeholders on large projects. You know how to deliver difficult messages, navigate client dynamics, and earn trust that expands relationships.
Enterprise fluency - you've operated inside enterprise-level organizations - navigating procurement, governance structures, and multi-stakeholder decision making without getting rattled by complexity.
Methodology and judgement - deep proficiency in Agile and hybrid delivery approaches with the ability to tailor methodology to client context.
Intellectual curiosity and a growth mindset — you seek out learning, apply it quickly, and thrive in ambiguity.
A collaborative and coaching mindset — you succeed when your team and clients succeed.
Bachelor’s degree (Business, Technology, or related field preferred).
