Job description

About Right Side Up Please note, this posting is to highlight joining Right Side Up's talent collective specifically and is not representing an internal full-time role, or a current opportunity with a client. Right Side Up is a collective of premium marketing talent, with all of the marketing chops, and none of the agency fluff. We're trusted by the most respected early-stage ventures, the fastest-growing tech companies, and well-established Fortune 500 teams to do one thing better: growth. We have over 1,400+ clients including Stitch Fix, Sephora, Yelp, Sun Basket, Crunchbase, DoorDash, Calm, and more. About the Role We're seeking freelance operations-minded builders who pair process design with hands-on AI and app-building skills to help our clients replace ad hoc tools and manual workflows with durable, scalable systems. This role sits at the intersection of operations strategy and full-stack building: someone equally comfortable mapping a messy current-state workflow and shipping the tool that replaces it. Contract projects typically run fifteen to twenty hours per week, staffed against a prioritized backlog and shipped in roughly two-week increments. Responsibilities Partner with the client's product and operations lead to prioritize a backlog of process and systems projects, shipping in roughly two-week increments. Map current-state workflows and redesign them into documented, scalable future-state processes. Build AI-enabled systems and workflows to support functions like materials logistics, inventory, and fulfillment. Build new apps and internal tools using Supabase, Vercel, and similar modern stacks. Replace legacy or no-code tooling with durable, secure, permissioned solutions. Document and roll out new processes and tools so internal teams can adopt and maintain them independently. Requirements 5+ years of experience, operator who can own a backlog of projects with light day-to-day oversight. Strong experience mapping and redesigning operational workflows for lean, fast-scaling teams, from process discovery through documented, future-state SOPs. Full-stack builder comfortable shipping lightweight internal tools end to end, ideally on Supabase and Vercel. Track record replacing ad hoc or no-code tooling (Glide, spreadsheets, manual trackers) with durable, scalable systems. Broad LLM fluency; comfortable working across model platforms rather than being tied to one. Tools & Platforms Supabase and Vercel for full-stack app builds. Claude and other frontier LLM platforms; no single-platform dependency required. Experience migrating teams off no-code tools onto durable systems. Comfortable building and maintaining process documentation and SOPs. Why Right Side Up Join a team that values expertise, flexibility, and meaningful work with some of the most innovative brands in the world. Exciting opportunities are available now, apply today to join our network of experts!
