Our Client, a Health Insurance company, is looking for a Java & SQL Developer for their Detroit, MI/Hybrid location. Requirements: • 5+ years of professional application development experience. • Strong hands-on development experience with Java, including modern Java versions and features. • Strong experience with Spring Boot and the Spring ecosystem. • Hands-on experience developing and maintaining Spring Batch applications and batch-processing solutions. • Advanced knowledge of SQL, including: • Complex queries • Joins and subqueries • Query optimization and performance tuning • Developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting SQL stored procedures. • Experience designing and developing SOAP/REST APIs and backend services. • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, coding standards, and application architecture. • Experience with source-control and modern development practices, preferably Git/GitHub. • Experience with unit testing, debugging, code reviews, and application troubleshooting. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Core Technical Skills • Mandatory : Java | Spring Boot | Spring Batch | SQL | Stored Procedures | REST APIs| Web Development • Experience: 5+ years of professional software/application development experience Why Should You Apply? • Health Benefits • Referral Program • Excellent growth and advancement opportunities
