Some of the world’s largest enterprise customers are betting on Docs, and we need an experienced, technical, deeply customer-centric product owner to make the experience of buying, deploying, and managing Docs at enterprise scale feel as fast and delightful as the product itself. We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager, Docs Enterprise to own the security and admin experience and roadmap for Superhuman Docs’ enterprise customers both standalone and as part of the larger Superhuman Suite. You’ll be building for the people who hold the keys: IT admins, line-of-business owners, procurement teams, and economic buyers who need a unified, seamless way to manage Superhuman across their organization. You will obsess over making the admin experience delightful and intuitive, remembering that Admins are users too. Get this right, and you unlock enterprise deployments at scale, as well as accelerate our multi-product growth. And you’ll be joining at a very exciting time — at the cusp of some of our largest enterprise deployments to date. In This Role, You Will: - Own the product roadmap for the Superhuman Docs admin console, including user provisioning, SSO, role-based access control, billing, data governance, and AI controls. - Define and improve the end-to-end admin and buyer journey — from trial and first purchase through onboarding, renewal, and expansion - Partner with Security, Legal, and Compliance to build admin capabilities that meet enterprise requirements for data governance, auditability, and access control - Drive centralized coordination and prioritization of enterprise customer needs across all of our product teams - Work with Sales and CS to understand where admin and buyer friction slows deals or increases churn, and ship solutions that remove those blockers - Build intuitive self-serve admin experiences that empower IT teams to manage Docs at scale while reducing support burden QUALIFICATIONS - You have 5+ years in product management, with experience building admin, billing, or account management products in a B2B SaaS environment. - You have a deep understanding of enterprise IT requirements — SSO, SCIM, RBAC, audit logging, and compliance frameworks. - You have experience designing for multiple distinct user types, including IT admins, end users, and procurement or finance stakeholders. - You have a proven ability to build simple, intuitive experiences for complex, multi-product systems. - Enterprise Empathy: You deeply understand IT admins and economic buyers — their workflows, their constraints, and what it takes to earn their trust. You advocate for these often-overlooked users relentlessly. - Systems Thinking: You design for scale and consistency across products while preserving the flexibility each product needs. You anticipate edge cases and build systems that hold up under real enterprise complexity. - AI-First Operator: You embed AI into daily workflows, rituals, and decision-making. You model fluency, curiosity, and visible use of AI to raise the bar for speed, quality, and customer impact. - Extreme Ownership: You act as if you are 100% responsible for your own outcomes as well as the outcomes of the company. You do this without stepping on toes. - Results Driven: You work tirelessly in pursuit of your results; you quickly take the initiative and own it when results are off; you course-correct and get scrappy if necessary. - Customer-Centered Innovator: You redesign experiences to create AI-native magic — delighting customers through faster, smarter, and more effective workflows that deliver measurable outcomes. - Low Ego: You put the company ahead of yourself. Most of our discussions are about results and how to amplify success. - Have a demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance, proactively manage tasks and priorities across multiple projects, analyze and execute work efficiently, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and thrive in fast-paced, results-driven environments. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Superhuman offers all team members competitive pay along with a benefits package encompassing the following and more: - Excellent health care (including a wide range of medical, dental, vision, mental health, and fertility benefits) - Disability and life insurance options - 401(k) and RRSP matching - Paid parental leave - 20 days of paid time off per year, 12 days of paid holidays per year, two floating holidays per year, and flexible sick time - Generous stipends (including those for caregiving, pet care, wellness, your home office, and more) - Annual professional development budget and opportunities Superhuman takes a market-based approach to compensation, which means base pay may vary depending on your location.
