BT-377 – Java Developer Skill Level: SME Location: McLean, VA (fully on-site, no remote option) **Please do NOT apply if you do not have an active Poly clearance. Those without a Poly will not be considered.** Bespoke Technologies is seeking a Java Developer SME to support a multi-disciplinary team (DevOps, Cloud, Frontend, Python, DBAs). The team lead is a Java Developer but needs a dedicated peer to own application development. The role will involve modernizing and rewriting legacy applications into Spring Boot microservices while developing new capabilities. Required Skills Demonstrated experience with Core Java: Object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts, multithreading, and memory management (JVM). Demonstrated experience with Spring and Spring Data JPA. Demonstrated experience with tools and build systems such as: Eclipse, Maven, Gradle, Git, and Jenkins. Demonstrated experience with Oracle, Apache Tomcat, AWS Cloud Framework and Linux. Desired Skills Demonstrated experience with Spring Boot and REST API Java implementations to support web applications.
