This individual will collaborate with our staff to lead business development strategies and support successful delivery of multidisciplinary engineering teams across our existing Washington State offices.
Our Apex offices have a significant historical presence within the communities we serve, averaging more than 20 years of local relationships with our agency and private development clients. You will be partnering with our local staff to leverage both your current and our Apex existing clients’ histories to support both marketing and project delivery goals while providing you well established turnkey relationships in support of your efforts.

In addition to leading the infrastructure practice, this individual will also serve as a senior level engineering and project management resource to support Apex staff growth initiatives through implementation of industry best practices in partnership with Apex Regional Commercial Leadership (RCL) marketing team and the company wide Project Management Office (PMO) team. You will play a key role in managing client relationships, actively participating in the seller-doer model by developing new business opportunities, expanding existing client relationships, and mentoring the next generation of project managers and engineers to successfully deliver projects.

Lead business development efforts for infrastructure projects with Eastern Washington, southwest Washington, and with other agencies throughout northwest for which you have relationships.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships while identifying new project opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
Serve as Project Manager and/or Principal-in-Charge for complex infrastructure engineering projects from planning through construction.
