About Attention
At Attention , we’re transforming how go-to-market teams operate by turning every customer interaction into structured data, insights, and intelligent action. Our AI agents help organizations execute faster, learn continuously, and make every deal cycle more efficient and predictable.
What makes Attention exciting isn’t just the technology, it’s the moment and the mission. We’re building at the intersection of AI, automation, and the modern revenue stack, redefining how critical work gets done for years to come. This is a rare opportunity to build at an inflection point in both our company and the broader AI ecosystem.
We’re scaling quickly with strong product-market fit and support from world-class investors. The work is ambitious, the bar is high, and the opportunity for growth across personal, professional, and financial dimensions is unmatched. Our team is sharp, collaborative, and deeply committed to the mission. We move fast, operate with intensity, and take real ownership from early ideas through long-term outcomes.
If you thrive in ambiguity, push for excellence, and want to help shape the future of work alongside a team that raises the bar every day, we’d love for you to build with us.
About the Role
We're hiring our first Brand and Content Designer to define how Attention looks, sounds, and feels everywhere it shows up. From our website and product to social, sales collateral, and the stage at industry events, you'll be the steward of a consistent, distinctive visual and written identity. This is a foundational, career-defining role: you'll build the brand and content design function from scratch, with the opportunity to grow a team as we scale.
You're a versatile designer and storyteller who's equally comfortable defining a brand system and writing the copy that brings it to life. You care about craft, move fast, and thrive in environments where you can take full ownership. No task is too small when it helps the company win.
What You’ll Do
• Brand identity: Own and evolve Attention's visual identity, including guidelines, design systems, and templates that keep every touchpoint consistent and on-brand.
• Written voice: Define and maintain Attention's tone of voice across channels, writing and editing copy for the website, campaigns, social, and sales materials so the brand reads as sharp and consistent as it looks.
• Content design: Design and produce high-impact content, including blog graphics, social posts, videos, decks, and web assets, that educates our audience and drives pipeline.
• Customer education: Create content that helps customers and prospects understand Attention's use cases and get the most out of new product updates, from feature announcements to onboarding and how-to guides.
• Website and digital presence: Own the design and content of Attention's website and other digital touchpoints, ensuring they reflect the brand and convert.
• Campaign execution: Partner with Marketing to design and write for integrated campaigns across social, email, paid, and events.
• Cross-functional alignment: Work closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product to keep visual and written identity consistent and launches polished across every touchpoint.
Who You Are

• You have a sharp eye for visual craft and typography, and you sweat details others miss.
• You move fast, seek clarity, and thrive in ambiguous, high-growth environments where priorities evolve quickly.
