Job description

About the role We're looking for a Partner Development Manager to build and scale the top of Quo's ecosystem funnel. This is an execution-first role focused on sourcing, recruiting, and activating new agency and consultant partners from priority integration and vertical ecosystems, getting our first-tier partners to their first referral and feeding our top certified partner tier. There will be seasons where there’s also some focus incorporated on integration partners, AI clients, and/or franchise consultancies, but the majority of the time you’ll be asked to prioritize an agency-focused lens. You'll run warm outbound and ecosystem-driven partner acquisition plays, then activate and enable partners at scale, using automation and AI tooling to make outreach and enablement feel personal without manual 1:1 account management. This is not a long-term account management role or a traditional sales role — you're equal parts builder and operator, comfortable creating the repeatable motions that turn ecosystem interest into real, partner-sourced revenue. Some of the things you’ll do: • Source and recruit new referral partners from Quo's priority integration and vertical ecosystems for new partners. • Run structured, warm outbound partner acquisition motions using ecosystem signals, campaigns, events, and targeted outreach. • Qualify partners based on customer fit, services offered, and real potential to drive referrals and activations. • Own partner onboarding and early activation, ensuring new partners understand who Quo is for, how to position it, and how to bring it into live customer conversations. • Get first-tier partners to their first referral through scaled, personalized activation — not manual 1:1 management — while feeding high-potential partners into the Certified tier. • Use automation and AI tools (Gumloop, Claude, Cowork, Smartlead, etc.) to run onboarding and enablement sequences that feel individually tailored, not templated mail-merge. • Create and evolve lightweight onboarding and early enablement content to help partners ramp quickly. • Track activation metrics such as engagement, time-to-first-deal, and early pipeline contribution. • Maintain clean partner data, attribution, and funnel reporting. • Work closely with the rest of the Partnerships team and cross-functional partners across Sales, Customer Success, and Product — partnerships is a team sport at Quo. • Share learnings from partner conversations back into partnership strategy, enablement, and GTM programs. About you • You have 3–5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS in partnerships, business development, sales, enablement, or ecosystem roles. • You’re comfortable building : You can execute in built-out environments, and still take initiative to build as you go when it makes the program stronger. You enjoy shaping + evolving programs. • You’re partner-facing by default : You’ve worked directly with agencies, consultants, solution, and/or integration partners. You understand what it takes for them to ramp and succeed. • You’re comfortable with outbound : You can run structured partner recruitment and activation motions, and don’t rely solely on inbound interest. • You have strong judgment : You knows how to identify high-potential partners and focus time where it actually drives impact. If partners aren’t driving impact, you know when to flag early and move on. • You’re a clear, confident communicator : You can explain value, set expectations, and guide partners through early success. • You’re systems-minded : You enjoy turning V1 processes into repeatable plays. Compensation The annual base salary range for this position in the US is $121,000 - $142,000 USD, and in Canada is $128,000 - $150,000 CAD, plus equity and benefits. This range is designed to align with market rates in areas where we are actively recruiting across the US and Canada. The range displayed reflects the target for new hire salaries, and within this range, individual pay is determined by your skills and experience, as well as relevant education. Your recruiter can share more and answer questions about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Salary is just one component of Quo’s total compensation package. Your total rewards package will include equity, extensive medical coverage, a monthly lifestyle stipend, and a flexible PTO policy.
