Job description
Duties: Implement data migrations and maintain data integrity through ETL processes and Data Loader. Develop and configure software applications within evolving environments. Ensure functionality of key components like data management, case management, knowledge base, person accounts, dashboards, and reports. Customize and manage Salesforce.com scopes, including users, roles, profiles, groups, accounts, contacts, record types, sharing rules, custom objects, pick lists, and page layout customization. Ensure seamless transitions between development environments through Copado, Visual Studio Code, and Change Sets. Deliver functional requirements for product features, including screen layouts, interfaces, and UI designs. Monitor and maintain system metrics, track usage trends and ensure data integrity. Required tools and utilities: Eclipse IDE, Workbench, SOAP UI, ANT, Changesets, Copado, Visual Studio Code, CSS, HTML, Data loader, APEX triggers, Workflows, Flows, Reports and Dashboards, Sandbox, Security Controls.
Other: Full Time. Travel involved to unanticipated client locations within US.
Requirements: : Master's Degree in Computer Science or Equivalent + 1 year of Experience in job offered or related. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience accepted.
