Motivators
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving business problems through technology, collaborating directly with users, and seeing immediate results from their work. The project offers significant autonomy, visibility, and the opportunity to create solutions that will continue delivering value long after the engagement concludes.

• Dynamics 365 Customer Service, CRM, or Customer Engagement experience
• Strong Power Platform expertise (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
• Experience with C#, .NET, APIs, and integrations
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
• Banking, Credit Union, Financial Services, or regulated industry experience preferred
• Strong stakeholder communication and consulting skills
• Experience working remotely with distributed teams
