Our Client is seeking a Technical Business Analyst Location: Orlando, FL Role Description: • Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders • Translate requirements into technical specifications • Communicate with development team to ensure specifications are met • Testing and validating technology solutions to ensure they meet business needs • Collaborating with project stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks • Continuously monitoring and reporting project progress to stakeholders. • Supporting continuous improvement of technology solutions to meet evolving business needs. Skills & Requirements: • 3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst • Financial services/banking/insurance industry experience required • Experience leading analysis of business and user needs, gathering requirements, and translating user stories while coordination with developers to deliver solutions. • Experience working with JIRA/Confluence • Experience creating documentation, user stories, use cases, wireframes, screen mockups, process flow documents, and data flow diagrams.
