As a key member of our B2B Integrated Marketing team, you will plan and execute non-paid acquisition strategies to enhance merchant engagement. Your efforts will support our mission to empower local economies by integrating non-restaurant businesses into our platform. You will own marketing workstreams that drive merchant awareness, installs, and activation across various channels. Key Responsibilities • Lead the Shopify partner marketing workstream, including email retargeting campaigns and App Store optimization. • Develop compelling content and messaging for the SMB retail audience, including case studies and blog content. • Manage content syndication and trade media placements. • Collaborate on a creative testing roadmap with the paid media team and creative agency. • Oversee SEO and content agency tracks, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to timelines. • Coordinate across teams to ensure integrated and seamless campaign execution. Requirements • 4–6 years of experience in B2B or SMB marketing, content marketing, or integrated marketing. • Proven track record of managing content and partner marketing workstreams from brief to execution. • Experience with the Shopify merchant ecosystem or similar SMB e-commerce platforms. • Strong writing and messaging skills, with the ability to craft compelling copy for business owners. • Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and prioritize effectively. • Experience with SEO, AEO, and landing page optimization. • Proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
