Job description

About Us and Why We're Hiring RoadSync powers commerce anywhere, anytime across the logistics ecosystem, with financial tools that are smart, simple, and fast. Our platform cuts processing time and puts more revenue back in the hands of warehouses, carriers, and repair and tow operators. As Pacesetter's fastest-growing private company two years running, we're not slowing down. We're looking for top-tier talent to keep us moving. RoadSync is growing, and so is our Customer Success team. As our Account Manager, you'll own a portfolio of existing customers from day one: building relationships, driving product adoption, and protecting the business we've already won. If you're goal-oriented, curious, and energized by owning your book of business, let's talk. About this role: To join us as our Account Manager, you've worked in Account Management, Customer Success, or Relationship Management, ideally at a B2B or B2B2C technology, SaaS, or Fintech company. You know how to manage a portfolio, spot risk before it becomes churn, and turn a good customer conversation into a measurable next step. Some things you'll be doing at RoadSync… • Own and grow relationships across your assigned portfolio of customer accounts • Run proactive outreach focused on engagement, retention, adoption, and growth • Spot declining usage and other churn signals early, and build a plan to fix it • Find expansion and cross-sell opportunities tied to what each customer actually needs • Show customers how our products improve their payment and operational workflows • Lead regular check-ins and business reviews to track goals, challenges, and opportunities • Ask for referrals and earn them • Handle escalations with clear, direct communication through resolution • Keep your CRM sharp: accurate notes, follow-ups, and opportunity tracking • Partner with Implementation, Sales, Support, Product, and Operations to get customers what they need • Hit your numbers, individually and as a team We'd love to hear from you if you have… • 2+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, Relationship Management, Sales, or a similar customer-facing role • Experience owning a portfolio or book of business • Strong relationship-building and communication skills • The instinct to connect a customer's need to the right product, before they ask • Comfort discussing account performance and growth directly with customers • Sharp organization, prioritization, and follow-through • The ability to juggle multiple accounts and priorities without dropping the ball. And a few things that are a "plus": • Experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot • Experience in payments, fintech, transportation, trucking, towing, repair, or logistics What Success Looks Like A successful Account Manager owns their book of business. You know which customers need attention, where the risks are, and where the growth is. Every customer conversation has a purpose and leads somewhere. You build real relationships without losing your commercial edge. Customer success means helping customers win while growing the partnership. Ideal Candidate You're proactive, organized, and accountable. You don't wait for customers to come to you, you spot the need first. You ask good questions, follow through on what you say you'll do, and bring a problem-solving mindset to every conversation. You like clear goals, and you know exactly how your work drives retention, revenue, and the team's success. Why you'll love it here... RoadSync is a team of researchers, sellers, builders, marketers, designers, and operators, all driven by one thing: our customers. We put in the work because we care about getting it right. We're proud of the diverse team we've built, because it's what makes us better. Here's what's in it for you: • Competitive pay and company equity from day one • Medical, dental, and vision, premiums paid for employees • Three weeks (15 days) of PTO annually • An energetic office in Midtown Atlanta • Mentorship from leaders across the company • 401(k) plan • Parking covered while you're in the office • Catered lunches for the in-office crew • Full visibility into how the company runs and why it matters RoadSync is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and an Affirmative Action Employer. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, creed, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender expression, age, height, weight, veteran status, military obligations, pregnancy, marital status, or any other legally recognized protected basis under federal, state, or local law. Each individual at RoadSync brings their own perspectives, work experiences, lifestyles, and cultures with them. We believe that a more diverse team creates more innovative products, provides a better service to our customers and helps us grow and learn as individuals.
