Account Executive
Location: Remote (U.S. Based)
Company: Frontline Group
Make Your Mark at the Intersection of Innovation and Opportunity
Are you a driven sales professional who thrives on creating opportunity through direct engagement and strategic partnerships alike? Do you want to join a company that rewards initiative and gives you the freedom to shape how you win?
Frontline Group is looking for a bold, self-starting Account Executive to take on a dual role: prospecting and closing new clients while cultivating high-value relationships with leading technology resellers and distribution networks. This is a growth-focused position where your instincts, energy, and relationship-building skills will be put to work—and genuinely valued.
Who You Are:
A true hunter—curious, resourceful, and unafraid to chase big opportunities
You have experience working with CCaaS (this is a must have)
A highly driven self-starter who thinks outside the box
Independent by nature, yet collaborative
Experienced in complex B2B sales, ideally in tech, CX, or telecom
Equally at home working a prospect or co-creating strategy with a channel partner
Energized by trust, tools, and the space to excel
What You'll Do:
Own the full sales cycle with prospective clients, from first contact to close
Build trusted relationships with strategic partners and help them bring our solutions to market
Represent our brand at industry events and within partner ecosystems
Deliver consultative sales experiences that position Frontline as a trusted solution provider
Help shape the sales playbook as we scale—your voice will matter
What You'll Sell:
A compelling, flexible portfolio that includes:
Contact center outsourcing and managed services
Market-leading CCaaS platforms like NICE and Zoom, backed by expert implementation
Services available through the Avant and Telarus portfolios
Frontline Connect and Ternio, our proprietary software platforms built to solve real communication problems
Why Frontline:
We're not a giant corporation—and that's the point. You'll have direct access to leadership, flexibility in how you approach the role, and the chance to see your impact every day. We believe great salespeople are built, not born, and we invest in coaching, support, and incentives that help you grow your income and your career.
Join a team that's quietly reshaping the customer experience industry with smarter tools, better service, and a real understanding of what companies need to succeed.
