Job description

Account Executive — MyHomePros MyHomePros, a SuCo brand, is growing fast, and we're looking for a true hunter to join us as a full-cycle Account Executive. This is a ground-floor opportunity for a self-starter with a proven track record in pure outbound sales — someone who doesn't need inbound queues or pre-built lead lists, because they know how to build a pipeline from scratch. You'll own the full sales cycle: researching prospects, building contact lists, cultivating referral partnerships, and driving pipeline through cold outreach to close new home service contractor accounts. We're looking for someone with a genuine passion for growing the business — and their clients' businesses right alongside it. Your ownership doesn't end at the close: you'll guide each account through onboarding and the first 30 days to ensure every campaign succeeds, building the trust that turns new accounts into lasting partnerships. If you're hungry to build something from the ground up — and want your effort to fuel both client success and your own growth — this is your opportunity. What Success Looks Like Success in this role starts with you, but you won't be building alone. Working closely with leadership and your teammates, you'll create and drive your own pipeline — with the primary measure of success being closed, net-new contractor partnerships ($20K+ MCV) sourced from your own proactive outreach and list-building. You'll bring the hustle; the team brings the coaching, strategy, and support to help you sharpen your approach and close bigger, faster. Key Responsibilities Prospect List Creation: Identify, research, and compile high-intent prospect databases of home service contractors across target regions and industries (windows, roofing, bath, gutters, siding, solar…with plenty more on deck. We told you we’re growing fast!) Cold Outreach: Initiate contact with business owners through various avenues (i.e., cold call and email, LinkedIn, referral networks you’ve created, etc.) Full Lifecycle Management: You own the full cycle—from cold call, discovery and proposal to contract negotiations. Pipeline Self-Sufficiency: Maintain full responsibility for meeting sales quotas through self-sourced activity rather than waiting on inbound leads. Partner & Referral Network: Develop and nurture strategic partner relationships in the industry to secure warm intros and industry referrals. HubSpot / CRM : Keep pipeline, prospects and deal stages current at all times. Strategy Collaboration: Partner with leadership to test sales pitches, refine cold calling scripts, and improve objection-handling strategies. Required Skills/Experience 4-5+ years of B2B full-sales cycle with a strong background in cold prospecting and new business acquisition, but hungry to learn through on-going coaching. Demonstrated proficiency in prospecting list generation —you know how to find contact info, use prospecting tools, build structured lead sheets, and start from zero in a new territory. High resilience and energy for multi-channel cold outreach, specifically high-volume phone calls and cold emails. Proven success in mid-market or above Self-directed mindset that is comfortable with ambiguity and independent decision making. Persuasive communication skills —ability to successfully pitch the value of our company and products. Things that will put you Ahead: Prior sales experience within home services or lead generation Early-stage startup experience where you had to work in evolving sales processes Familiarity with modern sales / prospecting tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn, Apollo, building sequences or messaging, etc.) Besides Working Somewhere Awesome, What’s In It For You: Remote and hybrid work options – let’s figure out which style works best for you.
