· Create and maintain reporting and analytics solutions, including SSRS reports and other approved reporting tools
· Build automation solutions using Python, PowerShell, Power Platform, or other appropriate technologies
· Troubleshoot production application, data integration, reporting, and data-quality issues; perform root-cause analysis and implement sustainable resolutions
· Integrate vendor-provided applications with school systems and develop additional functionality where appropriate
· Apply secure development, data privacy, accessibility, testing, source control, change management, and deployment practices
· Participate in code reviews and maintain source code and technical artifacts in Git or other approved version-control platforms
· Document requirements, designs, code, configurations, data workflows, integrations, deployment procedures, and operational support processes
· Build effective relationships with stakeholders; gather and clarify requirements, explain technical options, and provide recommendations
· Manage multiple assignments and priorities, communicate status and risks, and escalate issues requiring leadership or broader institutional coordination
· Cross-train with other team members and maintain sufficient documentation and shared knowledge to reduce single points of failure and support service continuity
· Participate in Agile/Scrum or other established planning and development processes
· Pr ovide support for critical systems and perform occasional after-hours work for deployments, maintenance, or urgent production issues when necessary
