Experience: 6–8 Years

• CDTs, Rules & Constants
• REST/SOAP & Web API integrations
• SQL & Database concepts
• Performance optimization & scalability
• CI/CD & basic DevOps
• Team leadership & mentoring
• Strong US client-facing & stakeholder management skills
Preferred:
• US financial-services experience
• Appian Certified Senior Developer / L3 certification
• Prior US Onshore experience
