Job description
WHO WE ARE
Headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, Ncontracts leads the industry in integrated risk management and compliance solutions, serving over 5,000 financial institutions nationwide. As an eight-time Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Companies honoree and consistent year-over-year recipient of "Best Places to Work" awards, we offer a thriving, work environment where career growth and life-work balance go hand in hand.
At Ncontracts, you'll join a team of industry experts dedicated to strengthening the financial services sector through innovation and thought leadership. We're seeking creative, collaborative, and self-driven professionals across all areas of our business - from developing cutting-edge solutions to sales, marketing, customer support, and beyond. Join us in our mission to make the financial industry stronger and more resilient, while advancing your career in a supportive, dynamic environment that values your unique skills and perspectives.
The Role
We are seeking a high performing Account Executive, Wealth, Trust and RIA sectors to join our growing sales organization. This is a hybrid, senior level individual contributor role who will play a key role in expanding Ncontracts’ footprint and revenue growth across financial services firms outside of traditional banking and credit unions. The ideal candidate understands how these organizations operate, the challenges they encounter in compliance, vendor management, and operational efficiency, and can translate those pain points into clear business outcomes. This role is focused on new business, so we need a motivated hunter who can generate and manage their own pipeline, navigate complex sales cycles, and build trust with senior decisionmakers.
Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, Financial Services, this role is designed for a seasoned, hands-on sales professional who excels in complex, consultative sales cycles and is comfortable engaging VP- and C-suite stakeholders. The Senior Account Executive, Financial Services will own a defined U.S. territory, develop and execute territory and account strategies, and independently manage opportunities from initial engagement through contract execution and onboarding. It will be your job to find opportunities and ultimately sell the right product to the right customer at the right time.
You Will
- · Drive full-cycle SaaS sales for Ncontracts’ risk, compliance, and third-party management solutions into Wealth, Trust, and RIA organizations.
- · Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, referrals, and partnerships.
- · Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities with strong forecasting discipline.
- · Conduct onsite discovery meetings with senior leaders to understand their regulatory, operational, and efficiency challenges. Expectation is to be onsite in territory prospecting and meeting with strategic opportunities and clients.
- · Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, SDRs, Product, and Partnerships to align on messaging and execution.
- · Clearly articulate ROI and business value in a consultative, outcomes-based way.
- · Use Salesforce for pipeline management, forecasting, and deal progression.
- · Meet or exceed quarterly and annual ARR targets.
Qualifications
- · 10+ years of SaaS sales experience, with at least 2 years selling into the Wealth, Trust, or RIA sectors strongly preferred.
- · Have a strong understanding of how Wealth, Trust and RIA firms manage compliance, cybersecurity, and vendor oversight.
- · Demonstrated success in new logo acquisition roles with annual quotas of $600k or more in ARR.
- · Proven ability to self-source at least half of pipeline through outbound prospecting.
- · Experience selling compliance, risk, or workflow automation platforms is a plus.
- · Skilled in multi-threaded sales and navigating long, complex buying cycles.
- · Strong discovery and storytelling skills with the ability to connect technology capabilities to business outcomes.
- · Team-oriented, coachable, and disciplined in following process and structure.
- · A resilient, positive, and proactive mindset with a strong sense of accountability and integrity.
- · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
