Our growing and well-respected Certified Public Accounting firm is currently seeking a CPA with 3 to 6 years of experience for our office located in Port Orchard, Washington. Employment Criteria
Responsibilities:
Prepare and review individual income tax returns
Prepare and review business income tax returns
Prepare and review payroll and sales tax returns
Analyze client accounting and assist with preparation of adjusting entries for their internal financial statements
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
Skills/Qualifications:
High levels of intelligence, integrity, honesty, motivation and aptitude for the profession
Licensed as a Certified Public Accountant
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word)
Knowledge of QuickBooks Online and Quickbooks Desktop
Ability to effectively manage multiple work assignments and projects
Ability to work extended hours during tax season and quarter end months
Recognize when assistance is needed and ask for help promptly
Excellent communication and grammar skills are a must
