Alignerr provides remote, hourly contract work where software engineers review, evaluate, and write code and structured explanations to train AI systems to generate higher-quality, more reliable software—particularly across languages and, for some roles, TypeScript/frontend development. Candidates should expect asynchronous work with a focus on code correctness, safety, efficiency, type safety, and detailed written feedback that helps improve AI coding outputs. Roles mentioned include flexible 10–40 hours/week commitments and frontend AI training contract work.
