Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional partners and align teams around technical and product direction. Demonstrated track record of leading through ambiguity, driving architecture across multiple projects or surfaces, and mentoring senior engineers while elevating engineering standards beyond your immediate team.
