Job description
Alkami is the digital sales and service platform provider for U.S. banks and credit unions. Our unified Platform integrates onboarding, digital banking, and data and marketing—each solution can stand alone, but together they deliver more—to help institutions onboard, engage, and grow relationships. As the future shifts toward Anticipatory Banking, we help data-informed bankers meet the moment with technology that drives action.
Founded in 2009, we continue to be recognized for our intentional culture and tremendous growth (Best Place to Work in Fintech; Best & Brightest to Work For Nationally; and Comparably’s Best Company Culture, Best Career Growth, Best Engineering Team, and Best Places to Work in Dallas, among others). We’re building a culture where each Alkamist can perform to their highest potential, and we’re always on the lookout for the best and brightest minds. If you’re ready to experience the power of alchemy - transforming the ordinary into the extraordinary - come join one of the fastest growing SaaS companies in the U.S.
As a remote-first company, most of our positions can be remote in the US, except for key roles, which will be indicated in the Job Title.

Partner with internal resources to ensure on-time delivery of committed integrations, maintaining best practices, and leading customers to adopt MANTL solutions online and in-branch post initial implementation. You will become the internal expert on data in/out of MANTL, and own the technical relationships with a number of external integration partners that provide service to our mutual customers. Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to define and iterate on industry-leading best practices, while developing the playbooks that govern technical integration implementation and ongoing support.
You will work closely with the Service Delivery, Product, Engineering, and Account Management teams to build out processes that streamline the client onboarding experience while ensuring a smooth transition during and after launching on MANTL. You will:
Translate business requirements into scalable system configurations aligned with best practices
Configure and deploy backend settings for financial institutions using JSON and Postman
Design sustainable solutions that balance customer requests with platform guidelines and long-term stability
Provide client-facing support when deep functional or technical expertise is required
Configure and validate third-party integrations
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to submit detailed enhancement requests and well-documented bug reports
Maintain clear documentation of configuration decisions, constraints, and customer-specific setups
Manage multiple concurrent implementations while maintaining strong attention to detail and quality
Assist teammates in troubleshooting and resolving basic to moderate configuration issues
Lead review sessions with other team members to apply learnings to existing best practices
What Success Looks Like
In the first 6–12 months, a successful Sr Solution Architect, MANTL Integrations will:
Independently configure and validate integrations with minimal oversight
Build increasing functional expertise across the MANTL ecosystem and how the main integrations work
Deliver clean, well-documented solutions that minimize rework and post-launch issues
Identify potential risks early and partner with other teams to mitigate them
Demonstrate strong judgment in balancing customer requests with best practices
Contribute thoughtful feedback to Product and Engineering that improves scalability
Develop a reputation internally as a reliable and detail-oriented technical partner
About You
You have a passion for building reliable, scalable, right-sized, and well-documented systems and services for supporting MANTL s products, as well as an interest in exploring new technologies
You thrive in dealing with ambiguity: you embrace and drive change, shift gears comfortably, can decide and act in an ever-changing environment
You are detail-oriented and enjoy building structured, well-designed system configurations
You think systemically and understand how configuration decisions impact downstream workflows
You take pride in doing things correctly and sustainably
You are comfortable working behind the scenes while collaborating closely with client-facing and technical teammates
You communicate clearly in writing, especially when documenting technical decisions
You are organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency working with APIs and backend configuration tools (REST APIs, SQL, JSON)
Ability to translate business requirements into technical system configurations
Strong written documentation skills
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects effectively
Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Implementation, and Support teams
Ability to service as an escalation point for the team when issues arise
Preferred Qualifications
Experience configuring or integrating with core banking systems or other regulated financial systems
Experience with SAML, OIDC, TypeScript, Python, and developing Agents
