Are you ready to Level Up?
Join our growing team as a Senior Product Marketing Manager
About the role
You will own product marketing strategy and launch execution, and be the link between our product and the vacation rental market. You will work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver the positioning and enablement that drive adoption and revenue. This is a builder seat on a lean team, with a lot of room to shape how product marketing works here.
What you will do
- Own product positioning and messaging that sets our products apart in the short-term rental and hospitality technology market
- Lead day-to-day product launches from plan through internal and external rollout, so Sales and customers are ready on day one
- Create and maintain sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, proposals, one-pagers, calculators, and videos
- Become the go-to expert on our buyers, how they buy, and what they look for, and share those insights with Sales, Product, and other teams
- Turn product messaging into programs with the Demand Gen and Content Marketing teams that generate pipeline
- Bring market problems and opportunities from Sales and Marketing into Product Roadmap discussions
- Find and share new ways to use AI in product marketing workflows, and help the Marketing team Level Up
What you will bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of B2B technology marketing experience, with at least 3 in product marketing
- Proven track record running product launches end to end with minimal oversight
- Experience building sales enablement content
- Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT in your marketing work, with examples of how they improved speed or quality
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience marketing SaaS solutions
- Hotel or vacation rental industry experience
You will thrive here if
- You would rather build and refine processes than maintain a well-oiled machine
- You can cover both strategy and hands-on execution, because you will be an individual contributor getting it done with support from the team, not a big team behind you
- You move fast, make decisions with incomplete information, and figure things out without needing every step spelled out

The expected starting base salary range for this role is $115,000 to $130,000, plus eligibility for a 10% annual incentive tied to company performance. Final compensation is based on relevant skills, experience, education, and geographic location.
