Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate operational challenges into practical, scalable technical solutions. Ensure solutions are secure, maintainable, well-documented, and built to support long-term business growth. What We're Looking For 6+ years of professional software development experience, including at least 4 years of hands-on Zoho development. Advanced expertise across the Zoho ecosystem, particularly Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Deluge scripting, and workflow automation. Demonstrated experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or equivalent technologies in real development workflows. Strong software engineering fundamentals, including solution architecture, code quality, security, testing, and maintainability. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and take ownership of projects from beginning to end. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. A proactive, resourceful mindset and the ability to work independently with minimal oversight. While these experience benchmarks reflect the seniority we're targeting, demonstrated ability to independently architect and deliver sophisticated Zoho solutions matters more to us than years of experience alone. Nice to Have Experience with Python and/or JavaScript. Experience integrating Zoho with NetSuite, ERP systems, or other enterprise applications. Experience developing AI agents, AI-powered workflows, or advanced business automations. Experience building technical solutions for cross-functional business operations. Life at Dulcedo! As part of our team, you'll have access to a collaborative environment where your ideas matter, your expertise is valued, and your contributions have a direct impact on how we operate and evolve. We also offer a range of employee benefits and initiatives designed to support your well-being, professional development, and work-life balance. Ready to Build With Us? If you're a technically strong, resourceful developer who enjoys solving complex challenges, taking ownership, and using AI to build smarter solutions, we'd love to hear from you.
