Required Qualifications & Skills • Demonstrated experience in client documentation review, account maintenance, and cash products within a financial services environment. • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional onboarding or account services projects, including financial cost management and delivery oversight. • Strong track record of delivering high-quality client service while maintaining rigorous controls and risk standards, including the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and regulators. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to guide, influence, and build effective working relationships across internal teams and external clients. • Experience managing system testing, rollouts, and customer service operations in a prioritized, high-volume environment. • Ability to coach and develop team members, identifying talent and creating a high-performance delivery culture. • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. Beneficial Skills & Qualifications • Familiarity with Commercial Card products and the complexities of implementing customized onboarding solutions for corporate clients. • Experience developing training content, onboarding playbooks, or process documentation to support operational migrations. • Exposure to multi-disciplinary programs environments, with the ability to balance competing priorities across Sales, Technology, and Operations workstreams.
