Job description

Join the Movement At Enhanced, we believe optimal health shouldn't be complicated, expensive, or reserved for the few who can afford a team of specialists. Our mission is to give everyone the opportunity to live Enhanced. We believe everyone should have access to the tools, insights, and support they need to look better, feel better and be the best version of themselves. We're building a company that sits on science-backed supplements which cut through industry noise and deliver real, measurable results. No gimmicks or fads, just what actually works, made accessible to everyone. We're a team of doctors, athletes and passionate operators driven by curiosity and a genuine obsession with human performance. If you're excited about building products that help people become the best version of themselves, we'd love to have you on the team. About You You’re a creative leader who knows how to build a recognizable brand while creating work that drives measurable business results. You have a strong eye for design, storytelling, art direction, and content, but you also understand how creative impacts customer acquisition, conversion, and growth. You’ve helped build or evolve consumer brands and know how to translate a brand’s identity into creative that works across paid media, social, creators, websites, and lifecycle marketing. You’re comfortable moving between big-picture creative strategy and the details of execution, from developing concepts and giving creative feedback to analyzing performance and figuring out what to test next. You’re equally comfortable setting the creative vision, building the team and production processes to bring it to life, and working closely with growth and leadership to make sure the work delivers. Experience in DTC, health, wellness, telehealth, or subscription businesses is especially relevant. What You’ll Do Own Enhanced’s creative direction: Establish a distinctive, consistent brand identity across every customer-facing touchpoint, from paid advertising and social to the website, landing pages, email, and SMS. Translate the evolving brand into execution: Work with leadership and external creative partners to bring Enhanced’s brand to life through clear creative principles, visual standards, messaging, and guidelines. Bridge brand and performance: Develop creative that builds long-term brand equity while driving acquisition, conversion, engagement, and revenue. Build a performance creative engine: Establish a structured testing program across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other channels, testing concepts, hooks, formats, messaging, and creative angles. Use data to inform creative decisions: Partner with growth and analytics teams to understand what is working, identify opportunities, and turn performance insights into better creative. Raise the creative bar: Set the standard for design, art direction, photography, video, copy, storytelling, and overall execution across all marketing channels. Build a scalable production process: Develop briefs, workflows, review processes, production calendars, and creator pipelines that allow the team to produce high-quality creative at the speed and volume required for growth. Lead internal and external creative resources: Manage and collaborate with designers, editors, agencies, freelancers, creators, photographers, and videographers while maintaining quality and consistency. Partner cross-functionally: Work closely with growth, social, creator partnerships, lifecycle, product, and leadership to align creative priorities with business goals. Build for scale: Develop the creative team, resources, and operating model needed to support Enhanced’s growth across paid, organic, creator, lifecycle, and emerging channels. You Bring 6–8+ years of experience in creative direction, brand creative, performance creative, or a related field, ideally within a high-growth consumer or DTC business. Experience building or evolving a recognizable consumer brand while also producing creative that drives measurable performance. A portfolio demonstrating strong creative strategy, art direction, design, storytelling, and execution across multiple channels. Experience with performance marketing and a clear understanding of how creative influences CAC, conversion rate, ROAS, and overall marketing efficiency. Experience developing creative testing frameworks and using performance data to inform concepts, iterations, and creative strategy. A strong understanding of paid social, particularly Meta and TikTok, as well as organic social, creator content, landing pages, and lifecycle marketing. Experience leading creative teams and managing agencies, freelancers, creators, and production partners. The ability to give specific, actionable creative feedback and translate a vision into work that teams can execute. Experience building creative workflows and production systems that balance quality, speed, and volume. Strong cross-functional communication skills and the ability to balance creative ambition with commercial priorities. Experience in health, wellness, telehealth, fitness, subscription, or other consumer categories is a plus. A hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to operate in a lean environment where you’ll help build the function as you go.
