• Experience: 10+ Years • Skillset Required: Java, Springboot, GraphQL, GCP, Quarkus, PostgreSQL DB • Lead backend design and development activities for the ISO Portal platform, using AI tools (Codex, Gemini, Claude) • Work closely with Product Owners, Architects, and Business Stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Design and develop scalable RESTful APIs and Microservices. • Lead technical design reviews, code reviews, and solution walkthroughs. • Drive best practices around coding standards, performance, security, and maintainability. • Mentor and guide a distributed team of developers. • Participate in sprint planning, estimation, backlog grooming, and release planning. • Troubleshoot complex production and application issues. • Collaborate with frontend, QA, DevOps, and architecture teams to ensure seamless delivery. • Support deployment activities and production releases. • Provide technical documentation and status updates to project leadership.
