Job description
Company Overview:
At Tactacam, we are a rapidly growing team of tech innovators, trail-blazers, and outdoor enthusiasts working to engineer the outdoors! We are proud to be a market-leading outdoor camera and technology company, but at our core, we are just a group of people obsessed with the great outdoors. We are far more than a technology company; we are a community that values fresh air as much as fresh ideas. As restless adventurers, we know that the best ideas rarely happen behind a desk, which is why we constantly encourage our team to get outside, use our products, and let the natural world inspire their next big breakthrough.
We also operate as tech trailblazers who are moving fast. With over 500,000+ active customers worldwide and a constantly expanding product line, we are actively pushing the boundaries of what outdoor technology can do. Because "good enough" isn't in our vocabulary, we intentionally foster an environment of ambitious dreamers where every team member is encouraged to aim higher, dream bigger, and drive innovation forward. Asset Management: Maintain meticulously organized project files, version control, and brand asset libraries to facilitate an efficient workflow and seamless team collaboration.
Concept Development: Brainstorm and conceptualize comprehensive design campaigns that resonate with the hunting and outdoor demographic, ensuring consistency in brand voice and aesthetic.
Stay Updated: Remain current on general design trends, typography, print production techniques, and emerging digital design tools to keep our creative output fresh and engaging.

Experience: At least 3 years of experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field working across diverse mediums.
Technical Proficiency: Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite, with a heavy emphasis on Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop. Experience with video editing/motion graphics (Premiere/After Effects) or modern design tools (Figma, AI generators) is a plus.
Design Acumen: Strong understanding of foundational design principles, typography, layout, color theory, and the technical requirements for commercial print production.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, the ability to present and defend creative choices, and a highly detail-oriented mindset.
Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapt toshifting priorities, and deliver quality work in a fast-paced environment.
Portfolio: A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing a wide range of work across both print and digital mediums (e.g., editorial layouts, branding, packaging, social media, and web assets).
