Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders. Evidence of curiosity and hands-on experimentation with AI—through your professional work, open source, personal projects, agents, automations, or other technical exploration. A builder mindset—we value curiosity, experimentation, and ownership as much as any specific technology stack. We care more about what you ve built than where you ve worked. If you re constantly experimenting with AI, building agents, and shipping projects, we d love to connect.
