Job description
Lyntris is a defense technology company that connects sensing to action across the connected battlespace. Lyntris brings together the talents of Accelint and Vitesse teams under one mission, with each contributing deep expertise within their domain. Combining differentiated hardware, software and mission expertise, Lyntris helps customers sense threats, make sense of complex conditions and act with greater speed, precision and confidence in contested environments.
Lyntris supports U.S. and allied defense organizations across every branch — including Navy, Army, Air Force, Space Force and allied partners — spanning strategic, operational and tactical missions and every domain: Space, Air, Land, Sea and Cyber. With more than 200 active defense programs, Lyntris works at every level of the mission, from national command authority to the tactical edge.
Solutions are designed by operators who understand the mission, engineered for the conditions that degrade or defeat standard systems, and built on an open, modular architecture that integrates into existing programs without requiring them to start over. Lyntris moves faster than the traditional defense cycle — with integrated design, build and test capabilities in-house — and delivers systems that sustain and endure long after initial fielding.

Position Summary
Lyntris is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager to provide technical expertise, engineering leadership, and systems integration support for complex Department of Defense (DoD) programs and mission-critical systems.
The Senior Product Manager is responsible for working with a software development team and across multiple stakeholder organizations to develop and maintain a product roadmap. The desired candidate enhances company reputation by taking ownership of product development strategy, pursuing new business possibilities, and facilitating collaboration and cooperation across the organization. They prioritize software capabilities and features that increase mission effectiveness and wartime readiness for our Navy customer and also support company initiatives and longer-term business priorities. In addition, they coordinate with other Product Managers to align roadmaps and create synergies across all software development efforts with the goal to increase value to the client and the business.
The primary focus of this role is on technical leadership for Command and Control (C2) programs supporting Department of Defense and national security customers, to encompass requirements definition and planning through development, integration, test, fielding, sustainment, and follow-on capability increments.
This position is accountable for directing development initiatives and quantifying the work done for the customer through novel reporting mechanisms that incorporate the evolution of Agentic Software development velocities and documentations schemas.
The ideal candidate will seek direct feedback from end users and sponsors to ensure successful integration of C2 capabilities across software, networks, communications, data, sensors, mission systems, and external interfaces. The candidate contributes beyond traditional interface design by helping shape product strategy, explore solutions, and reduce ambiguity through rapid, AI-enabled prototyping. The role also serves as a bridge between design and engineering, using interactive prototypes to validate product behaviors, communicate design intent, and ensure efficient implementation of new solutions and capabilities.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience supporting DoD programs, applying domain expertise, and collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams to develop innovative, reliable, secure, and mission-focused solutions.
This position requires strong technical leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to communicate complex engineering concepts effectively to government customers, program leadership, and cross-functional teams.
