• Lead or coordinate initial opportunity screening, including strategic fit, market attractiveness, competitive positioning, preliminary valuation considerations, key risks, and value-creation potential.
• Act as the day-to-day corporate development liaison across corporate functions, the GBUs, and Patricia Industries, ensuring information flows efficiently and accountabilities are clear.
• Operate as the project manager for active corporate development initiatives by establishing workplans, milestones, decision points, owners, deliverables, and escalation paths.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate development
• Demonstrated experience in a larger, complex organization with an active acquisition program and a disciplined end-to-end M&A process.
• Experience evaluating and executing transactions, including opportunity screening, diligence, valuation concepts, transaction process management, and executive-level recommendations.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Medical device, healthcare, or other regulated-industry experience preferred; understanding of commercial, quality, and regulatory considerations is beneficial.
