We’re investing in our product, our customers, and our team with a focus on sustainable growth. We’re looking for a high-impact SMB Account Executive who will focus on selling into Service Providers. The ideal candidate loves hunting for new business, building relationships with owners and operators, and helping service businesses modernize the way they manage and grow their operations. WHY DISPATCH? AS AN SMB ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE YOU WILL: Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through demo, negotiation, and close. Independently identify and develop prospective service provider customers. Build pipeline through targeted cold calling, email, social outreach, networking, and other creative prospecting strategies. Lead effective discovery conversations to understand a prospect’s business, workflows, pain points, and growth goals. Demonstrate how Dispatch can improve field operations, customer experience, visibility, and efficiency. Build relationships with business owners, operators, and other key decision-makers. Navigate questions and objections and create urgency around solving meaningful business challenges. Maintain a disciplined, accurate pipeline and consistently move opportunities toward a decision. Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Experience managing multiple opportunities and maintaining momentum across a fast-moving sales cycle. Strong discovery skills and genuine curiosity about how customers run their businesses. Confidence communicating value to business owners and operational leaders. Ability to simplify technology and connect product capabilities to practical business outcomes. Self-starter mentality with a high sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability. Comfort operating in an evolving environment where you can help improve the playbook rather than simply follow one. Curiosity and comfort with AI-enabled tools and how they can improve sales productivity, customer insights, and operational efficiency. SKILLS WE SEEK: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred. Proven ability to build pipeline through hunting, prospecting, cold calling, networking, and lead generation activities.
