Senior Corporate Recruiter Job at a Glance • Title: Senior Corporate Recruiter • Location: Reading, PA (Onsite) • Contract: W2 only • Pay: $ 41/hour + optional medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match Overview We are seeking a Senior Corporate Recruiter to provide full-cycle recruiting support for exempt positions in a fast-paced environment. This onsite contract role partners closely with hiring managers to drive sourcing strategy, candidate evaluation, and end-to-end recruiting process execution. Key Responsibilities • Manage full-cycle recruiting for exempt roles from intake through offer acceptance • Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies • Review resumes and assess candidate qualifications against role needs • Develop role-specific pre-screening questions and evaluate candidate fit • Coordinate and conduct phone screens and interviews • Maintain accurate candidate activity and dispositioning within an e-recruiting/ATS platform • Support process improvement initiatives and participate in recruiting events as needed Required Skills • Full-cycle recruiting experience supporting exempt/professional positions • Candidate sourcing strategy development and resume mining capability • Applicant tracking system (ATS) experience and process discipline • Working knowledge of employment law compliance and recruiting best practices • Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail in a high-volume environment • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel Education • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (required) Preferred Skills • Advanced candidate development through creative sourcing techniques • Strong negotiation and influencing skills • Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities • Ability to present role and company information clearly during candidate conversations • Experience supporting diversity-focused recruiting initiatives • Availability to work outside standard hours and travel to recruiting events as needed Why Should I Apply?
